Special Keys are used to let you prevent IDM from downloading a file easily . You can also use them to force into IDM downloading a particular file types .To do that go to Downloads > Options and click on Keys button from the General tab . You can configure it to be any of the following keys : Alt , Ctrl , Shift , Insert .
